This course is PHYS-101(en): General Physics I in English. It is taught by Dr. Marcelo Baquero-Ruiz to first year students and focuses on Newtonian mechanics. The aim is to model the motion of objects by applying the laws of mechanics.
The course format is classic ex cathedra lectures (featuring demonstrations and interactive learning) as well as in-person exercise sessions and discussions. This course is not recommended for students who lack a good command of the English language.
