Description
Fortunately, your ribosome is functional, just like your OnePot PURE. However, if you want to achieve a higher signal in your projects, I can give you the commercial Solution B (which includes both ribosomes and PURE proteins) from the PURExpress kit. The amount we add in a 10 µL reaction is 3 µL of Solution B. So, if you decide to use the commercial Solution B, please adjust your protocols accordingly.
