Description
This zip file contains the qucs-s schematic that will allow you to check your ngspice and qucs-s installation. It basically plots the ID-VG, Gm-VG, ID-VD and Gds-VD characteristics for nMOS and pMOS for a 180nm generic bulk CMOS process.
