Homework

We introduce the homework in class. The homework has to be finished at home and submitted on Moodle. Please bring a laptop to class.

The homeworks and solutions are published on GitHub. See this link: https://github.com/EPFL-LAPD/Imaging-Optics-Micro-421-2024

For the homework we are using the programming language https://julialang.org/.

  1. There will be weekly homeworks which are submitted in pairs of 2 people. The deadline of the homeworks is always Friday 10:15 with the beginning of the lecture. Later submissions are not considered. When you submit as a team, just mention the name of your partner as a comment in the submission field. Only one submission per pair is fine.

The grades per homework are:

  • 4/4: fully correct, minor mistake
  • 3/4: mostly correct, few mistakes
  • 2/4: partially correct, many mistakes
  • 1/4: mostly wrong, some good approaches
  • 0/4: major misunderstandings or no submission
