Welcome to the course moodle of Advanced General Chemistry I

The Advanced General Chemistry I course consists of two parts. The first notions of atomic and quantum chemistry, exemplified in organic chemistry, are taught by Profs. A. Steinauer and J. Waser and are the subject of this Moodle page (Tuesday 4:15 to 6:00 pm in the Batochime auditorium, BCH 2201, and Friday 11:15 am to 12:00 pm in PO01). The second part, entitled Chemical Equilibria and Reactivity (ERC),  is taught by Prof. B. Fierz and concerns the basics of equilibrium thermodynamics and reaction kinetics (other time slots).

The “Chemical Equilibria and Reactivity” (ERC) course uses a separate Moodle page, CH-110(erc).

The atomic structure/organic chemistry course uses this moodle page, where all necessary information and documents will be available. The first course will be given on Tuesday, September 10th at 4:15 pm in the BCH 2201 auditorium (Steinauer section).  This part of the course will be taught in English.

Exercise sessions will be held from 1:15 to 2:00 pm in AAC231.
