Tutorial on State observers: 1D car example

Description
Download the folder, open the .html and check the MATLAB script used to generate the results for the 1D Ferrari example:
* open loop state estimation (using only the predictive model)
* closed loop state estimation with a Luenberger observer (play with the gains to change the convergence speed of the estimation error)
* closed loop state estimation with a Kalman filter observer (play with the sigma_R/sigma_Q ratio to change the trust between model and position measurement)
