Description

The subchapter 1.6 introduces a "generalized Langevin Equation" in which the damping Kernel can be more complicated (e.g. have a time delay). This leads to a generalized Fluctuation dissipation theorem, which enables to obtain the frequency dependent damping rate directly from the measured fluctuations.

Subchapter 1.5. introduces the transition probabilities for the Langevin Equations.
