Description
This paper also contributes to our discussion regarding the chemical/electrical and electrochemical potential. The intro has a very nice discussion on this. Additionally this paper shows how carriers are transported in solar cells. In addition to the better known cases o a pn and pin junction, this paper also describes a solar cell architecture where only the mobility of the charge cariers is different.
