This section is here to help you to get started with using jupyter notebook with EPFL's noto.epfl.ch service.
The tutorial shows:
1) How to create a virtual environment and activate it
2) How to install AMPL modules and activate your AMPL license using UUIDs
3) How to state and solve a simple optimisation problem in AMPL for testing the set up
