Dr Benjamin Guyot

Lawyer admitted to the Geneva Bar and holds a Doctorate in Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a specialist in Space Law with 15 years of experience working with the European Space Agency (ESA). During his tenure at ESA, he contributed to the development and operation of various launch systems, including Ariane 5, Ariane 6, Vega, and Vega-C. Additionally, he played a key role in providing launch services for ESA missions, such as CHEOPS, James Webb Space Telescope, JUICE, Euclid, SMILE, AEOLUS, EarthCARE, BIOMASS, ALTIUS, FLEX, Arctic Weather, IRIDE, CubeSat of FYS, and Proba 3. His expertise extends to missions of the European Union and the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA), including Galileo, Copernicus, and IOD/IOV.
