Semiconductor devices II

The grade is given based on a mid-term (covering part 1) and second written test (covering part 2) that will be carried out during the last session of the semester. The format of the examination is "pendent le semestre". The final grade will be the average of the two grades. The second part has the form of an open book and you will be allowed to use your notebook, slides and notes in the paper format. The use of cell-phones, laptops, tablets or other devices that can connect to the internet will not be allowed, even if they are kept in airplane mode.
