Hi all,

We are thinking of having all the presentations into 2 days:

Friday 23^rd of May: 12-13 groups (we stay a bit longer as no more classes after 5pm)

Wednesday 28^th of May: 7-8 groups

We received a lot of requests for a specific time slot. We would like to clarify that your active presence is mandatory during the whole duration of the presentations; however, here you can find a poll for voting about your preferences regarding the date of the presentation. Please coordinate: only one person per group votes for it and only one option is possible. We will do our best to accommodate the requests from everyone, but we cannot guarantee that.

We should have the schedule set by Friday 16th May.
