Description
This is an excel file that allows you to change different parameters and look how this changes the inhibition curve, which plots the effect as a function of the antagonist concentration. You compare two situations. The parameters that you can change are: xA, the concentration of the agonist (which will remain the same for a complete experiment); KA, the dissociation constant of the agonist; KB, the dissociation constant of the antagonist.
