Questions Transfer:

  1. Which side of the cassette (transparent or black) is placed down for assembly of the sandwich?
  2. How much transfer buffer is used for transfer (full or half)?
  3. What happens to the proteins and membrane during transfer if you accidentally swap the sides?

We use the gel without pre-equilibration in buffer.
