Description
Welcome to real world experiments
- Group A: the substrate was from a new supplier and did not work! All groups have only background signal. Show data (document also failed experiments) and mention in SLIMS. For quantification please use data from group B, the last 4 sheets have cells with sample loaded in order of samples 1-17 highlighted (green).
- Group B: you used the 'old' batch of substrate that is working! In case you transferred unconverted substrate in the wells with visible contamination are highlighted in yellow.
- Group C/D: assay is working (you used the same batch of substrate as group B)
