Start of chapter 5 Magnetodynamics introducing the new terms in the complete set of Maxwell's equations due to time-dependent vector fields (5.1). Derivation of a completed Maxwell's equation from Henry-Faraday's induction law plus experiments motivating the emf generated by the induction law.
