Description

Kick-off the LCA project

Make sure that each group behing an LCA project counts at least 4 members. Exceptions are possible for those who are proposing a project linked to their MSC or PhD projects.
For those groups that received the validation (green "YES"), I encourage you to contact the sponsor of the project to clarify the project goal(s).

Please remind that the definition of the definition of the goal(s) of an LCA is a less technical and more participative step, as it requires a dialogue between the different actors of the study.
- The reason for carrying out the study (Why? What are the questions to be answered?)
- The intended audience, i.e. to whom the results of the study are intended to be communicated
- The intended application, i.e. for what purpose are the LCA results intended to be used for

Make also sure to organize your group:
- identify and share individual expectations and constraints
- define the roles of each member within the team (1 contact person with the sponsor of the project!)
- agree on the operating mode (when and how to meet) an on the mode of communication
- remind to define the objectives/tasks at each working step and to debrief regularly

Each group has an assigned coach that is available to support your project
