Friday, 7.11. : Full Custom Project session 4

guidelines for the submission of the project deliverables :

- Please submit your report and your final and compressed EDATP library as explained below. Name the library LASTNAME.tar.gz and upload it using the link below. 

There are 4 mandatory documents :

  • a tar.gz file containing the library you have been working with
  • a pdf file based on the template containing all the information about your design 
  • the SCHEMATIC netlist you used for the automated testbench
  • the PEX netlist you used for the automated testbench

The file USERNAME.tar.gz shall include the full EDATP library. If you created several libraries put them all. To create this file, follow these instructions :
  1. make sure that your working library is called EDATP (if not, change the name of the library to "EDATP" from virtuoso).
  2. close virtuoso
  3. from your terminal, go in your virtuoso folder
  4. Run the following command : tar -zcvf LASTNAME.tar.gz EDATP (this command will create an archive in your working folder that you can then upload on moodle). (if you have several libraries, simply list them after EDATP - more info on the tar command here)
  5. submit the LASTNAME.tar.gz archive on moodle


to upload the file on moodle, you can 

  1. open firefox from the jed cluster and login to moodle 
  2. download the files you need to upload on moodle following the guidelines from this document

The report should be a file called "report_LASTNAME.pdf" 



You are allowed to revise your files before the deadline. However, note that this is a firm deadline, thus no additional time will be given. Please respect it!
