This survey gathers important feedback that we cannot collect via the IS-Academia "evaluation approfondie". Your responses are recorded anonymously; Moodle will inform us whether you submitted your answers or not, but will not connect your answers to you.

This survey is part of your M3 Individual assignment, so you must fill it in before the M3 deadline, i.e., by 8:45 on Thursday 18-Dec. It does not take long to do, it's mostly about checking boxes, and it will be tremendously useful. The survey is not graded, but is mandatory for your M3 Individual submission to be considered complete.

IMPORTANT: To complete the survey you must click the red "Submit questionnaire" button at the bottom-right. Clicking on the gray "Save and Exit" button will not submit the survey.
