In this seminar, Mr. Karavangelas will share insights from international projects and discuss how innovative geotechnical engineering solutions can address the unique challenges associated with modern marine container terminal yards, from ground improvement for heavy yard loads to stability and settlement considerations under demanding operational conditions.

The workshop is an important part of the course and its content will be included in the written exams.
