Dear all, I am uploading the protocol we will be following in the proteomics practical along with some slides containing extra background information. For the course, please review the slides regarding mass measurements. The "extra material" are slides from another course where I delve deeper into mass analyzers, which I'm sharing with you in case you're interested.
