Tutorials: meshing (with Workbench Meshing)

Description
These tutorials have been prepared for Ansys 17, but can be completed with Ansys 2020 with minor modifications, such as:
- Tutorial 5:- Slide 7: Use Adaptive Sizing: No, Capture Curvature: Yes
- Slide 20: metrics not in Details of Mesh, but in the Mesh ribbon, Metrics Display
- Tutorial 6:
- Slide 6: Use Adaptive Sizing: No, Capture Curvature: Yes
- Slide 7: Metrics: not in Statistics but in Quality
- Tutorial 7:
- Slide 5: not Tools -> Options, but File --> Options
- Slide 13: Use Adaptive Sizing: Yes
- Slide 16: Use Adaptive Sizing: No, Capture Curvature: Yes
- Slide 18: Relevance Center deprecated --> instead, divide by 2 the Element Size (3.3e-2), Max Size (6.7e-2) and Curvature Min Size (3.3e-4)
- Slide 21: Capture Proximity: Yes
- Slide 23: Metrics: not in Statistics but in Quality
- Slide 25: Inflation Option: Smooth Transition, View Advanced Options: Yes, Maximum Angle: 180°
- Tutorial 8:
- Slide 7: Use Adaptive Sizing: No, Capture Curvature: Yes
- Slide 24: instead of switching off the Worksheet, simply click on the Geometry tab to display the graphics window
