Description
Watch the video, see the array with ~8x8 macro-elements each made of 4x4 MIMO, This is thus a 1024 MIMO array from which we get 10x3dBi antenna gain (3dB gain each time you double the antennae number. We have thus 30dBi gain helping to improve the link budget to cover the longer range. Watch the antenna size compared to people ! It's huge because of the low frequencies of 4/5G, hence the large wavelength and area. The directivity of the antennae also scales by 32x in both directions, thus a beam of 180°/32 is obtained (~6° cone)
