Updated virtual prototype

The below virtual prototype fixes following problems:

1) Screen flickering on the HDMI on some GECKO5 boards due to timing issues

2) A bug in the forwarding unit of the or1400 causing that the program jumps to an incorrect address which leads to freezing of the program, or bus-errors, or ???? messages, or a trap exception.

To update your GECKO5 board you require the below .bit file and the utility openFPGAloader. On the machines in INF-3 you can use the following procedure to update your board:

1) Download the or1300DualCore.bit-file from moodle, it should be afterwards in your Downloads-directory.

2) Connect your GECKO5-board to the computer.

3) Open a terminal and execute following command:

/opt/oss-cad-suite/bin/openFPGALoader -f Downloads/or1300DualCore.bit
