Description

Trizol extraction was done by us (until min 1:34). You will use spin columns to bind, wash and elute the DNA (from a different brand, the principle is the same).

Questions:

  1. Which phase contains the RNA?
  2. What is added to the extracted RNA before binding to the silica membrane?
